As states like Texas, Missouri, Ohio, North Carolina, and soon Florida move forward, Virginians face the real risk of having our voices diminished in Washington! It's time to Fight Back and VOTE YES!
This amendment gives Virginians the power to act – before it’s too late. It gives the state legislature the emergency, temporary authority to redraw congressional districts as a direct response to the shameless power grabs taking place across the country. Virginia can help save America.

Redrawing Congressional Boundaries
Free and fair elections are the cornerstone of a democratic system. In 2025, President Trump directed Texas to redraw its congressional boundaries in favor of Republicans. The result was an electoral map that transfers five seats from Democratic to Republican control. In response, California changed its maps to favor Democrats. It should have stopped there. But red states Missouri, Ohio, and North Carolina proceeded to redraw their districts to favor Republicans, enlarging the GOP gain to nine seats. Florida may also add up to five more GOP seats.
VOTE YES!
A yes vote supports allowing the state legislature to conduct congressional redistricting. A no vote opposes allowing the state legislature to conduct congressional redistricting. This is only a temporary fix. The current system of drawing districts would be restored in 2030. It's time to level the playing field and restore fairness. VOTE YES by April 21. Fight Back, Virginia. VOTE YES to Save America!
